What would 500 Flemings
think of your idea?

A virtual population of Flanders — around 500 fictional people, built from census data, personality research, and cultural economics. Ask them anything. Read the results in minutes. Less than the price of lunch.

What this is

Market research,
made queryable.

Until now, validating an idea before you build it has cost €10,000 and three months — or it has cost you the launch. Kesmet is the third option.

We've built a synthetic population of Flanders: around 500 personas constructed from public demographic data, household composition, income, education, values, personality, and behavior. Each one has a profile, a psyche, and a way of responding. Together, they're a panel you can run on a Tuesday morning.

Submit your idea. See who would lean in. See who wouldn't. See what they'd pay, what they'd object to, what would make them walk away. Get a fast directional read — before you've shipped a line of code or printed a single flyer.

How it works

Three steps. No setup.

01
Describe what you're working on.
A product, a course, a pricing hypothesis, a positioning angle. Plain language. The clearer your question, the sharper the answer.
02
The panel answers — each persona in their own voice.
Fifteen to twenty-five synthetic Flemish personas react — pulling on income, life stage, region, values, personality, and channel behavior, all grounded in authoritative public sources. Where direct data is thin, we infer, and we tell you when we do.
03
Read the results in minutes.
Adoption probability. Strongest segment. Top objections. Willingness-to-pay distribution. Walk-away thresholds. Structured for an actual decision, not a research paper.

Run on a Tuesday morning. Pointed in the right direction by Tuesday afternoon.

Illustrative — the numbers show the shape of a Kesmet result, not a guaranteed outcome. Kesmet gives a directional read: strong on demographics, audience fit, and price-and-value reactions; weaker on emotionally or politically charged attitudes. It complements real polling and customer conversations, it doesn't replace them.

Who this is for

Built for the people
building independently.

Founders without a research budget. Creators pricing a course they haven't sold yet. Newsletter writers testing a paid tier. Coaches launching a program. Indie operators shipping into Flanders.

If you've ever launched something and learned the hard way what your audience actually wanted — Kesmet exists to spare you that lesson once.

This is not an enterprise tool. We're not chasing the Fortune 500. We're building the layer underneath, for the people building above.

Pricing

Priced for the people
we built it for.

A solo founder with a good idea and a few euros should be able to learn what their market thinks. Every pricing decision is checked against that.

Things people ask

Quick answers.

What's a credit?
One credit = one persona answering one question. Submit a survey and Kesmet runs it past a panel of synthetic Flemish personas.
Are personas based on real people?
No. They're statistical reflections built from authoritative public data — not real individuals. We're transparent about what's direct from data and what's inferred.
How accurate is this?
Kesmet gives you a directional read, not a poll. The population is composed to mirror Flanders on demographics and household make-up, and it's reliable on practical, material questions — who's in your audience, how they weigh price and value, broad concept reactions. It's weaker on emotionally or politically charged attitudes, where synthetic answers skew more moderate than real people. Use it to point yourself in the right direction — not as a substitute for real polling or customer conversations on high-stakes calls. We say so plainly.
Why only Flanders?
Depth is the moat. We model one region exceptionally well rather than the world badly. Other regions arrive when each holds up to the same standard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of period. Annual plans cancel at year-end. No retention games.
